    The reason we use this basis: When you contact us via our website, or social media pages or directly via email.

    We process your information in the following ways: We may use your email address to send you our travel magazines and very occasional newsletters. 
    
Data retention period: We will continue to hold/process your information under you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.

    Sharing your information: We do not share your personal information with secure third parties.

  • Lawful basis: Contract

    The reason we use this basis: To enable us to fulfil our contractual agreement to you, whether written or oral, with regards to your travel requirements.

    We process your information in the following ways: Personal information such as your passport details, address will be shared with suppliers such as airlines, hoteliers and ground handlers only in so much is it is either required to perform tasks relating to your travel requirements.  
    Data retention period: We shall continue to process your information until the contract between us ends (when you return from your trip) or is terminated under any contract terms, unless advised otherwise by you. We understand that you may wish us to keep this information on file to save repeating it in the future and we will give you the option to do so when a booking has been made.

    Sharing your information: We do share your personal information with secure third parties and they include (where appropriate); airlines, hotels, Tour Operators and Ground Handling agents only in so much as is required to perform tasks relating to your travel requirements.

  • Lawful basis: Legitimate interests
    The reason we use this basis: We collect certain personal information such as dietary requirements, allergies, frequent flyer numbers, where we feel we have a legitimate reason to do so. We also use this basis to send you information/photos on something or somewhere that we feel may interest you personally, based on what we know about your interests.

    We process your information in the following ways: We share this information, where applicable, with our partners in order to enhance your travel experience.
    
Data retention period: We will continue to hold/process your information until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
    
Sharing your information: We do share your personal information with third parties and they include; hotels, airlines, tour operators and ground handling agents, where we feel there is a legitimate reason.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

Email marketing messages & subscription

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the "Processing of your personal date" above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
